Vintage 1950's Ring reset with Turquoise from east of Iraq

In the 1950’s these style of handmade rings was very fashionable and any elegant women had one , many jewellers were making them and each one added his own distinct touch . This ring came to my hands without a stone and was sitting in the drawer for years , until one day i received a package of rough turquoise that come from their origins east of Iraq . I picked out and polished the stone to the shape of the unusual setting , the result is exquisite , the contrast of the reddish gold and the bright bright turquoise blue is exceptional , a very attractive and unique ring that can be resized before delivery. The Ring is clearly hallmarked for 14 karat Gold.
