Antique 14 karat gold , Silver and Diamond Ring

A Vintage Ring cant date it exactly but have seen similar Shanks that are early 20th century style.
The Shank is acid tested 14 karat Gold, On it sits a silver flower that has a 4 mm round Diamond set in a claw setting.
The Diamond as seen in the setting is H color SI1 clarity.
The ring is size 6.5 US – 13.5 European and can be resized before delivery.
